Terms & Conditions
- OTS covers software installation and setup of new devices, excluding physical mounting of devices and 13amp power source.
- All device(s) are to be installed in a single location within (1) appointment.
- H.A.T will not be responsible for any devices that could not be installed due to compatibility or unforeseen third party issues.
- All HAT-OTS are to be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You are required to make an appointment with H.A.T through H.A.T Hotline: 6586 7777 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Operating hours: 11am to 8pm (Mon to Sat).
- Next day appointment is subjected to availability.
- OTS covers installation and configuration of new devices only.
